ArEiCon delivered this masterpiece for commercial use as a shopping complex at Raniban.This project has a site area of “0-6-0-0 / 2053.50 SQ. FT.”, plinth area of “1400 SQ. FT.”, no. of floors “4”, Contemporary style, and South-East orientation. The Raniban Commercial Complex was envisaged to create a bold commercial mark in Raniban Town Planning, one of the land pooling projects by Nepal Government. The monotony of the Modern styled building in the vicinity is contrasted with contemporary design of louvres.
