Modern Contemporary Mixed-Use Building in Kumaripati, Lalitpur

Located within an active urban setting of Lalitpur, this contemporary mixed-use building is conceived as a compact yet expressive architectural statement that seamlessly integrates commercial, office, and residential functions. Designed to respond to modern urban needs, the project emphasizes spatial efficiency, visual transparency, and a refined architectural identity. The façade is defined by a dynamic composition of curved balconies, vertical metal fins, and expansive glazing—creating a balance between openness, shading, and privacy while establishing a strong street presence.

Large glass panels allow ample daylight to penetrate deep into the interiors, strengthening the visual connection between indoor spaces and the surrounding cityscape. The soft curvature of the balconies, paired with clean horizontal slab lines and minimalist detailing, adds fluidity and elegance to the overall massing. Glass railings and subtle lighting accents further enhance the building’s contemporary character, especially during evening hours.

The ground floor is articulated with a welcoming commercial frontage, clear pedestrian access, and vehicular approach, complemented by integrated landscaping that softens the urban edge. Upper-level balconies and terraces introduce greenery into the vertical form, contributing to environmental comfort and visual relief.
