Mr. Chiring Lama, a valued client, is embarking on a home renovation project for all floors in the Raniban Complex, designed by ArEiCon. This architectural endeavor aims to create a bold commercial presence. The design of the complex skillfully contrasts with the monotony of neighboring modern buildings. Louvres, serving both as a façade element and a means to shield against direct sunlight (especially from the south), contribute to its distinctive contemporary aesthetic.
